WHAT IS HIGH SECURITY WELD MESH?
High Security Welded Mesh Fence is wire fused & welded with different Aperture sizes of Horizontal distance ie. 12,7 mm (1/2 inch) and vertical distance of 76,2 mm (3 inch) also known as 358/3510 where 3 denotes 3’’ (distance between horizontal wires) and 8 or 10 denotes diameter of the wire in Gauge.
Impregnable
Extremely difficult to cut with a hand cutter as the ‘beak’ of the wire cutter will not be able to penetrate the horizontal wires.
Excellent replacement option
to solid wall as it is faster to install, more economical and CCTV camera has clear sight.
Difficult to climb
The space between the horizontal wires are too narrow for the fingers to have a grip.
Low Maintenance
Further upgrade possible with electronic security system.

SECURITY:
- We offer 3 types of HIGH SECURITY WELDED MESH FENCE specifications for high, medium and low security purposes, with wires ranging from 3mm up to a high tensile double 5,6mm strand, with 500+MPa strength.
- A MAXIMUM HIGH SECURITY WELDED MESH FENCE is available where a 6mm double wire (main wire) is placed on a 4mm wire (cross wire) with a 500+Mpa.
- Panels as high as 3.6m are available.
- Multi spikes can be added to the top of the fence.
- Posts can be extended and customised to make provision for CCTV and/or Electrical Fencing.
- Intelligence in the form of alarms systems and CCTV cam
- eras can be added to the fence.
PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES
MANUFACTURING & COMPLIANCES:
- All our products are MANUFACTURED IN SOUTH AFRICA according to ISO 9001:2008 and SABS standards.
- Coating can be Powder Coating, PVC coating, Class A Galvanised or Hot Dipped Galvanised AFTER Weld
- All our fences are normally heavy galvanised (“H Galv.”) with an average Zinc Mass of 310 g/m², Class A material, and substantiated with coating and tensile strength mill certificates.
- We offer a HOT DIPPED GALVANISED AFTER WELD product with an average Zinc Mass of 600-700 g/m², which is extremely corrosive resistant.
- We also offer a MAXIMUM High Security Fence (see enclosed brochure) with a 5.6mm double strand (500MPa+ wire), coated in a friendly colour of your choice.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
- We can customise our products to the customers’ needs and budget.
- Instead of the normal square posts, we also offer the option of a Hot Dipped Galvanised IPE post that will be totally rust free as it cannot collect moist as square posts sometimes do.
- A fence can be customised to suit your needs. We can, for instance, offer a 2.5m fence, instead of the normal 2.4m high. Even the apertures can be set according to your needs.
- Security fences don’t have to be dull. We offer you a variety of different colours for your fence – either Powder Coated (PPC) or Plastic Coated (PVC)
